THINGS TO DO & LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
There are many beautiful coastal path walks nearby. You can visit the lovely castles in Manorbier and Pembroke. The nearby town of Tenby offers plenty of opportunity to shop in some well known larger shops together with lots of smaller ones. Tenby town also has wonderful beaches, it is lovely to just walk along the old roads that wind through the town taking in all the scenery. There are plenty of good pubs, takeaways and restaurants.
Saundersfoot has a lovely beach and harbour that you can walk around, you may even see the local fisherman coming back into harbour with their fresh catch. You will find some lovely little shops, takeaways, pubs and some very quaint little streets. There is a small green just off the harbour where you can relax and soak up the atmosphere.
There are plenty of activities for children in the area such as Oakwood, the Dinosaur Park, Folly Farm, local swimming pools, and the Manor House Wild life park. Plenty for adults too with Tea rooms, historical attractions, coastal walks, local markets and lots of near by towns and villages.
From Tenby take the A4139 towards Pembroke. After passing the villages of Penally and Lydstep you will come to a crossroads with Manorbier village signposted to your left. You should carry straight on along the A4139 following the sign for the railway station.
The road widens and you will see a chapel on the right with a right hand turn signposted station and Manorbier Newton. Take this road and you will find the Park about 300 yards along on the left hand side. For non-drivers there is a train station within a few minutes walk from the park and also an hourly bus service.
